A warm welcome to Badger Class 2021-22

It has been a delight to welcome Year 3 and 4 into Badger Class to start the new academic year. The children have come in with such enthusiasm and energy - we are so proud of them all. 

Here are some highlights of our week so far:

• Sharing knowledge and asking questions about our Stone Age to Iron Age topic.
• Exploring our books 'Stone Age Boy' and 'Stig of the Dump'
• Amazing Miss Best with super place value understanding and explanations
• Exploring texts and developing comprehension skills with Ms Macpherson
• Enjoying lots of art activities linked to expressing ourselves
• Exploring different states of matter and working out whether they are liquid or solid
• Having fun and settling in! 

We have been having such a great time that Miss Best and Ms Macpherson have forgotten to take many pictures but some will follow very soon.
