Badger Class - 24th June 2022

It has been a very busy half term so far with lots going on! The children worked really hard to finish their legend narratives and write them up as scrolls with beautiful illustrations. This was a writing topic that really captured the children's imagination and creativity!

In maths, they have been working hard on decimals and looking at ordering, comparing and rounding decimal numbers. They will then use this to help work with money. 

In art, we have started to explore printing using polystyrene as our lino and indenting line work into this to create a reverse relief print. The children really enjoyed exploring the technique and created some excellent prints linked to the work they done on myths and legends.
