Badger Class Celebrate World Book Day

Badger Class had a wonderful day celebrating World Book Day. The children all joined in with 'Drop Everything and Read' sessions throughout the day. They also gave old books new life through a class book swap and Everly even came up with the idea of creating a on going book swap station in the library for this to continue all year round.

During the day the children enjoyed activities including watching a love world book day lesson full of famous authors and creating a new front cover and blurb for our class novel - The Demon Headmaster. 

It was great to see the children celebrate reading for pleasure with such enthusiasm. Well done Badger Class!

Finally, further congratulations goes to our award winners for this week. Well done to Casper, Everly and Bea for a superb effort to show our school values.
