Badger Class Celebrate World Book Day

Badger Class have loved celebrating World Book Day 2022! We had some wonderful costumes from The Wizard of Oz to Tom Gates to Harry Potter to Dragons to Mary Poppins and so many more! 

In the morning the class enjoyed the MC Grammar rap and video and tried to spot the rhymes and different books they knew. Then the children had 'drop everything and read' sessions throughout the day including at playtime!

During the afternoon, Badger Class designed a world book day token for a competition and worked hard on the World Book Day Quiz - achieving a score of 15 out of 20. Finally each child got to swap a book and take home a special new book to read. 

What an amazing day to celebrate the joy of reading! Well done Badger Class.
