Fox Class Autumn Week 4 2021

Our Literacy work this week has been based on the story 'Pumpkin Soup' by Helen Cooper.  We have acted out the story and written instructions for making our own pumpkin soup, which we will be making next week.  The children have also written a recount of the story.  

Year 1s have started learning the phase 5 sounds this week.  They will hopefully show you the sounds and actions at home!  

We have been working on number bonds in Maths and the Year 2s have also been partitioning larger two-digit numbers in different ways.  

The children have drawn some lovely portraits of themselves with Mrs Gray and we drew some foxes for our classroom using 'Draw with Rob'.
