Magnet Art and More!

We have continued our work on magnets and had a fun afternoon painting with them and testing the strength of different magnets. We used lots of magnetic objects like springs, keys, screws, paperclips and magnetic counters to create different patterns as we pulled them through the paint. We have also discovered that magnets work in water. We have a new magnet set in the classroom and we really enjoyed getting the cars to move without touching them.
