Writing Week

This week, has been 'Writing Week' in Oak Class. The children explored three different genres: balanced arguments, instructional writing and narrative writing. They were all really engaged, enthusiastic and imaginative in their writing, producing some wonderful pieces of work. Well done Oak Class for your dedication to writing! 

Cricket

This week, Oak Class have enjoyed the opportunity to play Kwik Cricket both in PE and for some children during a trip over to Kenninghall School. All the children have improved their Kwik Cricket skills, as well as their team work skills. The group of Year 5 children, who went to play Kwik Cricket at Kenninghall School, were really encouraging and supportive of each other and should be proud of their team spirit.

Friday 22nd July (10am TBC) - Year 6 Graduation Assembly
