Science Week

This week has been Science Week and we have taken part in lots of science experiments around the theme of ‘Connections’. We have Learnt about the connections within our bodies by constructing a life size skeleton. We have learnt about Alexander Graham-Bell and how the telephone was invented, which helped connect people together. We then made our own paper cup telephones and tested them out. We discovered that big cups work better than small cups. We explored simple electrical circuits and discovered that the circuit needs to be fully connected for the bulb to light up. On Friday, we shared our work with Year 6.
