Spring Term - Week 5

Oak Class have been very busy this week.  They have all written a fantastic piece of writing about the process of making chocolate and moved on to starting our new class book in literacy called 'Cosmic' by Frank Cottrell-Boyce.  

Linking with this book and out science unit of Earth and Space, the class have been researching astronauts and rockets and have put together some fantastic work.  They have also been busy designing their own space-themed roller coaster rides!

 The class have also been hard at work creating prototypes of the toys.  I am so impressed with how these have turned out! 

 We have also had a Times Table Rock Stars competition between two halves of the class today! Well done to Times Table Troopers who scored a whopping 1472 points.  Multiplication Masters - you were so so close!! Well done to all of you.
